If you are not satisfied with the Services\u00a0Brokealty<\/strong>\u00a0subject to a Fee for a service or subscription period commitment and which is your initial purchase of such service, you may give us notice of cancellation for any reason within fourteen (14) days of the date you have ordered or first activated such Brokealty Services (the \u201cRefund\u201d and the \u201cRefund Period\u201d). The Refund is only applicable to the initial purchase of Brokealty services and any of its digital products. The Refund is not applicable to additional purchases, upgrades, modifications or renewals of the Brokealty Services. If you reside in a jurisdiction that requires a longer Refund Period, we will of course be happy to accommodate such requirements, in accordance with all applicable laws. If Brokealty receives such notice within the Refund Period, it will refund to you the amount actually charged to you for the Brokealty Services, in the currency for which you were originally charged, and cancel the Brokealty Services accordingly. Please note that the Refund amount may be different from the amount you were charged due to exchange rate variations and third party fees. Brokealty will not be responsible for any difference caused by changes in exchange rates or fees that were charged by third parties. After the Refund Period, Fees paid by you are non-refundable and non-cancelable. Furthermore, if we find that a cancellation notice has been given in bad faith or in an illegitimate attempt to avoid payment for services actually received and enjoyed, we reserve the right to still charge the User who sent such notice for the Brokealty Services. actually received, to the extent permitted by law.<\/p>

Please note: Some of the services purchased on or through the Brokealty Services may be non-refundable. These include Third Party Services such as domains, business tools and applications. It is your obligation to verify the ability to cancel a service before purchasing it. Brokealty will not refund amounts paid for non-refundable Paid Services, applications or third-party services.\u00a0<\/p>

Chargebacks<\/b><\/p>

If at any time we record a decline, chargeback or other rejection of a charge of the Fees payable to your Brokealty account ("Chargeback"), this will be considered a breach of your payment obligations hereunder, and the use of Brokealty services may be automatically disabled or terminated.\u00a0<\/p>

In the event of a Chargeback, your User Account may be blocked without the option to repurchase or reuse it, and the data contained in such User Account, including domains, applications and Third Party Services may be subject to cancellation. and Loss of Capacity.<\/p>

Your use of the Services\u00a0Brokealty<\/b>\u00a0will not be resumed until you resubscribe to the Brokealty Services and pay any applicable charges in full, including all Fees and expenses incurred by Brokealty or any Third Party Services for each Chargeback received (including Fees for Brokealty Services provided before the Chargeback, handling and processing charges and expenses incurred by the payment processor).<\/p>

If you have any questions or concerns regarding a payment made to Brokealty, we encourage you to first contact our Customer Service team before submitting a Chargeback or payment reversal, to avoid cancellation of Brokealty Services. and blocking your User Account, and to prevent the unjustified or erroneous submission of a Chargeback, which may result in you being liable for applicable Charges, in addition to repayment of all Fees applicable to the Brokealty Services purchased ( and Backloaded) by you.<\/p>

We reserve the right to dispute any Chargeback received, including providing the applicable credit card company or financial institution with information and documentation proving that the User responsible for such Chargeback actually authorized the transaction and made use of the services provided thereafter. of that.<\/p>

Automatic subscription renewals<\/b><\/p>

To ensure that you do not experience any interruption or loss of services, some paid services include an automatic renewal option by default, whereby unless you turn off the automatic renewal option, such Paid Services will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, for a renewal period of duration equal to the original subscription period (excluding extended periods) and, unless otherwise notified, at the same price (subject to applicable Tax changes and excluding any discount or other promotional offer offered for the first period) (\u201cRenewal of Paid Services\u201d). For example, if a Service's original subscription period is one month, each of its renewal periods (as applicable) will be for one month. Accordingly, as applicable, Brokealty will automatically attempt to charge you the applicable Fees using the Credit Card on file within two (2) weeks prior to the beginning of such renewal period. If we are unable to collect Fees owed by you, we may at our sole discretion (but shall not be obligated to) retry collection at a later time, or suspend or terminate your User Account, without prior notice. If your Renewal of Paid Services is subject to an annual or multi-year subscription period, Brokealty will attempt to provide you with notice prior to the renewal of such Paid Service at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date.<\/p>

You may disable the option for Automatic Renewal of Paid Services at any time in your User Account or by visiting the Brokealty Help Center.<\/p>

Certain domains are subject to a different renewal policy as detailed in the Domain Registration Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, you are and shall be solely responsible for verifying and ensuring the successful renewal of the Brokealty Services that you use (whether or not the Brokealty Services are subject to automatic subscription renewals). . Accordingly, you will have sole liability for any discontinuation of Brokealty Services previously purchased by you, including due to cancellation, failure to charge applicable Recurring Fees, or due to some of Brokealty's services not being subject to to automatic subscription renewals.
